Stage 2 of Roll Out Started!
We have completed Stage 1 of our roll out and have now started contacting clients in Stage 2.
Stage 1 went relatively well, however we did run into a number of issues, some of which required us to go back to the drawing board. Issues we encountered included a number of issues that impacted performance, bugs, and a few design issues that seemed like a great idea in theory, but in practice proved to be flawed. We learned a lot!
We apologize for not posting much during Stage 1. All we can say is that we kept focused on resolving the issues that came up. Now that we have some breathing room we will get back to keeping you updated on our progress.
