EyeMD EMR Healthcare Systems, Inc. roots begin as a localized technology firm in Southwest Florida founded in 1998 (X-tech Data Systems, Inc.) that specialized in healthcare technology services. Our services included providing & supporting hardware & software to both Medical Practices & Medical Billing Companies. Because of our placement in the industry, we recognized a growing need for an EMR specific to the Ophthalmology Specialty. We partnered with a local Ophthalmologist to create such a software, and moved our development division within their office.

Now located in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida we are proud of what we have created and have made EyeMD EMR available to Ophthalmologists both nationally and internationally. We have refocused our business model to make EyeMD EMR our flagship product, and have formed strategic partnerships with several industry leading companies to provide comprehensive technology solutions for our Ophthalmic user base.

Our Corporate Office has over 15,000 sf available to us for our anticipated rapid expansion. Our state of the art conference room was specifically designed to host training, software demonstrations, video conferences, and client visits. Our state of the art in-house datacenter is secure, climate controlled, flood resistant, and features redundant Fiber Optic connectivity to the internet backbone with unlimited scalability.
