Intraoffice Messaging &
Workflow Manager |
Our Built-in Messaging
doubles as a Workflow Manager so that you can track the
status of tasks assigned via the Messenger Application.
Messages are filtered by their Completion Status, and the
status of each task can be easily tracked by the sender. Doctor's
are automatically notified through the Workflow Manager of
any documents they need to review. Documents can be linked
to the message with a single click and can be reviewed directly from the Messenger. |

Built-In Letter Engine |
Our built-in letter engine
allows you to create templates for letters including
Referral letters, Consent Forms, etc. and allows the patient
to sign directly on the screen (with appropriate hardware).
Letters are saved as PDF files to protect the authenticity
of the letter. |

Practice Management Interfaces |
Our system is designed to
interface with your existing Practice Management software
for maximum efficiency. Through HL7, our software can
automatically pull patient demographics, full referring
provider information, appointments, check
in status, and post billed charges to your PM (provided your
PM has the capability). |

Patient Flow Management system that tracks your patients
through your office. The Techs & Doctor are notified both
visually & audibly when a patient is ready to be seen,
allowing the Tech or Doctor to quickly pull up the patient's
chart without having to search for the patient. |
