Our Built-in Messaging
doubles as a Workflow Manager so that you can track the
status of tasks assigned via the Messenger Application.
Messages are filtered by their Completion Status, and the
status of each task can be easily tracked by the sender. Doctor's
are automatically notified through the Workflow Manager of
any documents they need to review. Documents can be linked
to the message with a single click and can be reviewed directly from the Messenger. |

Automated Coding & Validation |
EyeMD EMR automatically
suggests the appropriate Level Eye Exam, E & M codes,
Diagnostic Tests, and more based on data collected during
the exam. The Doctor is notified if the diagnoses (ICD9)
selected during the exam support medical necessity, and most
modifiers are selected automatically. |

Order Follow-up |
Orders can be marked for
follow-up after the scheduled date. Unscheduled orders are
listed, protecting patients from not receiving ordered care. |

Built-In Letter Engine |
Our built-in letter engine
allows you to create templates for letters including
Referral letters, Consent Forms, etc. and allows the patient
to sign directly on the screen (with appropriate hardware),
or through a signature capture device.
Letters are saved as PDF files to protect the authenticity
of the letter. |

Outbound Faxing |

our built-in fax server, and you'll never need to scan in a
fax, or wait in front of a fax machine again! Inbound faxes
