Social Media Marketing & MIPS Surveys Made Easy with Testimonial Tree

84% of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation*. Social Media Marketing should be considered a top priority for your practice. Like it or not, patients are turning to the internet to research their doctors before making appointments. A negative online review that is not balanced against positive ones can devastate a practice. Businesses who recognize the threat of negative reviews and/or see the potential of positive reviews expend an enormous amount of resources managing their social media presence. A Social Media Marketing Manager can cost you anywhere from $78K – $112K per year! Trying to manage your social media presence yourself can be overwhelming and can be detrimental to you and your staff’s confidence levels.

Testimonial Tree is here to help you! We have partnered exclusively with Testimonial Tree to automatically send patients a feedback/testimonial request when a patient is checked out of EyeMD EMR. When a patient writes a positive review, they are prompted to quickly and automatically share the review with their friends and family through various social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, & LinkedIn. The review can also be automatically posted to your practice website and social media pages! Negative reviews will be made less relevant as hundreds, or even thousands of positive reviews pour in from real patients. Your practice will also be notified of negative reviews, allowing you an opportunity to intervene and make things right with the patient before they resort to posting their frustrations online for everyone to see. For an almost insignificant monthly cost, Testimonial Tree can literally save your practice.

Testimonial Tree can also be used as a Clinical Practice Improvement Activity for the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) recently adopted by law.

Certification Status Update

As we reported in December 2020, EyeMD EMR 2.0 was one of the first Ophthalmic EMRs certified to meet Cures Act Criteria. That said, we (along with most other EMR vendors) still needed to certify 170.315(g)(10) to be ready for 2023 reporting. We are proud to report that EyeMD EMR 2.0 has passed all remaining certification criteria necessary for the Cures Act! The Drummond Group is currently preparing our updated certification package for submission to ONC. We expect our CHPL listing to be updated within 7-14 days. We are aware that a couple unscrupulous competitors out there are spreading misinformation about our certification status. While
