Free Server Monitoring

EMR technical support provides free server monitoring maintaining ophthalmology practice uptime.

Your IT Safety Net

Never lose data to faulty back-ups or hardware failures.

Data loss. You’ve heard the horror stories of ophthalmology practices whose server failed to back up without any warning. And you don’t want that to happen to your practice.

That’s why EyeMD EMR provides FREE server monitoring. We believe in supporting our customers and keeping you in business.

Whether you are a small practice with limited funds for IT or a large practice with multiple locations and in-house IT, EyeMD EMR gives you that extra level of confidence that nothing will happen to your data.

We Work With You – Before IT Problems Occur

We regularly monitor your servers and notify you if there are any potential IT issues – from data back-ups failing or hard drives degrading, to ensuring your system has enough free space.

How Does Server Monitoring Work?

It’s an automated system that communicates with your server. If any of the following data issues occur, the system will automatically notify you via direct email. We’ll also email any IT staff that you designate. This early warning system gives you time to fix the issue before it becomes a critical problem for your practice.

When a server health event is triggered, your practice will receive an e-mail notification with details on the problem every 48 hours – for as long as the issue persists. If, after 48 hours from the initial event, the issue remains, a support ticket will be created in EyeMD EMR’s Customer Support Center so that one of our Technical Support representatives can follow-up with your practice.

Mission critical events will create a support ticket immediately and a Technical Support team member will contact your practice as quickly as possible.
