Service Update – Hurricane Ian

Due to the threat of Hurricane Ian, EyeMD EMR Healthcare Systems is currently in the process of executing our Hurricane Mitigation Plan. Starting at 11am today, we will operate under a call-back status until further notice. During this time, customers may submit support requests either via e-mail or voicemail. Once the request is received, a resource will contact your practice as soon as one becomes available.

This is necessary in order to redirect hurricane mitigation resources and to give impacted staff time to prepare their homes. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause your practice. Although we cannot predict the extent of damage Hurricane Ian will cause, we can assure your practice that every precaution will be taken to ensure our products and services remain online and available to your practice before, during, and after the storm.

As a result, we are unable to perform certain remote tasks, which may lead to support delays and cancellations.
